NBSC ADVANCES PRIME-HRM ACCREDITATION WITH CSC ON-SITE EVALUATION
Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC), through its Human Resource Management and Development Office (HRMDO), welcomed evaluators from the Civil Service Commission (CSC) on October 2, 2025, for the on-site assessment of its office processes to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) accreditation.
The CSC team consisted of Dir. Maria Cristina Gorgonia T. Saligumba, Acting Director II of the CSC Field Office–Bukidnon; Ms. Dharyl Jan S. Indino, Senior Human Resource Specialist; and Ms. Hazel Mae Escasinas, Administrative Officer II (HRMO I) under CSC detail.
Following a courtesy call on NBSC President Dr. Christie Jean Villanueva-Ganiera, CESE, the members of the HRMDO accompanied the CSC team back to their office to facilitate the review of relevant materials and to assist in determining whether established standards were met. The evaluators also examined the outputs provided by HR personnel, gathering observations to support their ongoing assessment. This process is expected to contribute to the continuous enhancement of the HRMDO’s systems and practices.
This initiative reflects NBSC’s continuing commitment to good governance, professional excellence, and the advancement of ethical and efficient public service.
