NBSC COMMENDS EMPLOYEE’S EXEMPLARY CONDUCT AT ON-THE-SPOT AWARDING
Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) held an on-the-spot awarding ceremony on February 27, 2026, at the Office of the College President to recognize an employee whose conduct reflected the institution’s standards of accountability and ethical service.
Mr. Noli C. Quidlat, Administrative Aide I (Utility I) of the General Services Office (GSO), was acknowledged for his honesty and strong sense of responsibility after discovering a lost cellphone while carrying out his assigned duties within the college premises on February 23, 2026 (Monday). Upon finding the item, he immediately reported the matter through proper channels, demonstrating vigilance and integrity in the performance of his work.
The Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) Committee endorsed Mr. Quidlat for recognition on February 26, 2026, affirming that his conduct exemplifies the professionalism and accountability expected of every member of the NBSC workforce.
The award was conferred by NBSC President Christie Jean Villanueva-Ganiera, Ed.D., CESE, who led the presentation at her office. The ceremony underscored the administration’s continued effort to acknowledge employees whose actions align with NBSC’s core values.
