NBSC COMPLETES ONBOARDING PROGRAM FOR RECRUITMENT CYCLE 1 – 2026 EMPLOYEES
Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) concluded its onboarding activity for newly appointed and newly promoted employees from Recruitment Cycle 1 – 2026 with the conduct of its third and final session on May 28, 2026, at the NBSC Boardroom. Facilitated by the Human Resource Management and Development Office (HRMDO), the session focused on Social Security System (SSS) benefits, welfare programs, and other employment-related matters.
The session also provided an opportunity for participants to raise questions and gain further clarity on topics discussed during the onboarding program. The exchange of information helped address common concerns while reinforcing their awareness of important aspects of public service.
The onboarding program commenced on May 11, 2026, with an introduction to NBSC’s mandate, organizational structure, policies, workplace standards, and core values. It was followed by a session on May 12 that highlighted health, safety, and wellness initiatives, including programs and policies that promote a secure and healthy working environment.
Through the three-day onboarding program, NBSC equipped newly appointed and newly promoted personnel with foundational knowledge of the institution, its expectations, and the resources available to them. Such initiatives contribute to a more informed workforce capable of carrying out its duties while advancing the College’s mission of delivering quality service and education.
