NBSC HOLDS ORIENTATION FOR PACD OFFICERS FOR JANUARY–JUNE 2026
Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) conducted an Orientation for the Public Assistance and Complaint Desk (PACD) Officers of the Day for January–June 2026 on January 12, 2026, at the NBSC Covered Court. The activity centered on clarifying the scope and function of the PACD within the college, particularly in relation to addressing concerns and facilitating assistance.
The orientation opened with an introduction by Mr. Benzar Glen S. Grepon, MIT, Supervising Administrative Officer (SAO) and Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) Focal Person, who provided context on the PACD’s purpose and its place in institutional service delivery. Legal matters relevant to administrative concerns and complaint handling were then discussed by Atty. Jag Iesu Iñigo G. Murillo, CPA, REB, Head of the Legal Office. This was followed by inputs from Ms. Zandra Shellee Y. Ordinan, MA, Head of the Gender and Development (GAD) Office, who highlighted considerations related to sensitivity, inclusivity, and appropriate engagement.
Operational perspectives were later presented by Mr. John Mark L. Boyonas, MAEng, Head of the Campus Security Management Office (CSMO), with a focus on safety and security within the campus, while Mr. Fritchar H. Gevero, MA, Head of the General Services Office (GSO), addressed Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) measures. The program concluded with final remarks from Mr. Grepon, underscoring the importance of coordination and professionalism in PACD-related functions.
By providing a space for clarification and shared understanding, NBSC sustains internal practices that support orderly engagement and institutional responsiveness. Such efforts subtly contribute to a campus environment where processes are approached with greater coherence and service roles are carried out with a clearer sense of purpose.
