NBSC-NTPA CONDUCTS THE OATHTAKING AND ONBOARDING OF NEW MEMBERS
Northern Bukidnon State College’s Non-Teaching Personnel Association (NBSC-NTPA) conducted the Onboarding of New Members on June 17, 2026, at the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) Conference Room. The activity brought together incoming members for their formal induction through an oathtaking ceremony led by Ma. Socorro T. Bonita, MA, NBSC-NTPA President. It was organized to formally welcome them into the association and provide initial guidance on their roles and participation.
The inducted members were Honey Jane S. Nasara; Christine T. Landayan; Maica Christy E. Guibay; Edwin Jr. B. Binongcal; and Diah Mae D. Tao. The program was facilitated by NTPA officers consisting of Leanel C. Elcana, Secretary; Jhasvart P. Mahilum, Auditor; Engr. Eleanor L. Navales, Chairperson of the Membership Committee and Vice-chairperson of the Cooperative Committee; and Jaygreth L. Sambalod, MPSM, Chairperson of the Cooperative Committee and Vice-chairperson of the Membership Committee.
The activity supports better coordination among non-teaching personnel and encourages steady participation in association initiatives within NBSC. It also strengthens internal communication channels that help sustain efficient workplace collaboration.
