NBSC participates in UNAI Sustainable Development Goals virtual training
Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon – Last March 1, 2023, the United Nations Academic Impact (UNAI), through its Program Manager and Public Information Officer, Mr. Omar Hernάndez, conducted a virtual training session on the Sustainable Development Goals to the Academic Unit Heads of Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC).
The virtual training session is given to member institutions of UNAI to discuss Global Goals and to learn how to implement the 2030 Agenda on campus while enhancing its assessment and review mechanisms.
Topics covered include an introduction to sustainable development, the role of academia in advancing the 2030 Agenda, basics about the SDGs, ideas to implement the SDGs on campus and beyond, and potential review mechanisms.
