NBSC research team presents findings on “Ang Nanay kong Nene” to Bukidnon Provincial Board
Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon – Last April 25, 2023, the research team on “Ang Nanay kong Nene” attended the 27th Committee Hearing of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of the Province of Bukidnon for the presentation of the comparative and overall results of the incidence of teenage pregnancy in the two cities and four municipalities of the province.
With the primary purpose of validating the results, the team shared with the provincial board the data gathered from the survey conducted on teenage mothers who become pregnant from 2017 to 2022.
The team is grateful to Vice-Governor Clive D. Quiño for the overwhelming support he has given to this undertaking.
Series of validation will be done as well to the other participating municipalities and cities in Northern Mindanao.
