NBSC Signs Contracts for New Infrastructure Projects
Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) has formally signed contracts with winning contractors for several major infrastructure projects during a Contract Signing and Pre-Construction Conference held last August 8, 2025, at the Board Room of the Central Administration Building. The activity also served as a venue to discuss project timelines, responsibilities, site readiness, and compliance requirements before construction begins.
The approved projects are:
1. College of Computer Studies Building Establishment – Phase II
• Contractor: NONABON Enterprises
• Representative: Nona S. Orquiza
• Amount: Php 4,469,943.91
2. Construction of Canopy for Food Stalls
• Contractor: S and A Construction Services and General Merchandise
• Representatives: Syne Algene M. Bayagna II, Jezreel Job C. Parohinog
• Amount: Php 2,088,333.92
3. Installation of Interior Design for the Multifunctional Cultural and Creative Innovation Hub
• Contractor: S and A Construction Services and General Merchandise
• Representatives: Syne Algene M. Bayagna II, Jezreel Job C. Parohinog
• Amount: Php 1,050,640.68
4. Improvement of NBSC Covered Court
• Contractor: Queen Builders and Construction Supply
• Representative: Elizabeth A. Cabajar
• Amount: Php 2,719,999.98
NBSC officials and contractor representatives expressed their readiness and commitment to ensure the timely and quality completion of the projects, which are expected to enhance the college’s facilities and services for students and the community.
