Northern Bukidnon State College Shines at FTRC Battle of the Brains Season 2 in Davao City
Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC), through its Institute for Teacher Education (ITE), proudly participated in the FTRC Battle of the Brains Season 2 Quiz Bowl held on October 25, 2025, in Davao City.
Representing the college were student delegates Ms. Jean Mikhaila Q. Realiza (4th Year), Ms. Nissi Lou P. Jaraula (4th Year), and Ms. Precious Jewel Aaliyah B. Jayme (3rd Year), under the guidance of their coach, Ms. Dye Jean L. Mabunay, BLEPT Facilitator. The quiz bowl was organized by the renowned Falculan Twins Review Center (FTRC) and aimed to enhance readiness for the Board Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (BLEPT).
The event gathered over 200 participants from 70 schools nationwide, showcasing academic excellence and competitive spirit. As a testament to their strong performance and participation, the NBSC student delegates were awarded a 100% scholarship discount for their BLEPT review at FTRC.
This valuable opportunity was made possible through the unwavering support of the NBSC leadership, including College President Dr. Christie Jean Villanueva-Ganiera, ITE Head Dr. Christine C. Royo, and Kalampusan Office Head Dr. Mary Cris J. Go.
